Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! We kindly ask that you please reschedule or cancel your service with us at least 24 hours prior to start time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of service fee. After rescheduling, no showing or canceling your appointment on more than three occasions, we will ask for a 50% non-refundable fee to hold your next booking. If you must cancel the day of your appointment please notify your therapist via phone call or text. Thank you so much for your understanding.
*If you no-show without ever contacting us, expect an invoice in your email for half the amount of the services you missed. If your service is $20 or less you will be charged in full.
*We require a non-refundable deposit when booking appointments for two or more people.
*We reserve the right to refuse appointments after violation of our cancellation policy or for any reason.
